The greatest light

It’s the only light in the obscurity of the dawn,
When the kin of the stars are second to none,
Those who have lit its rare bona fide light
Have walk through the darkest hour of the night.
But those without, this sacred amity
Are left in depths of unwanted cruelty

This light is hope and hope is what this light gives.
This is what I have always believed in.
I’m surrounded by them..
Encircled by this life giving light,
Which makes my days very very very bright.

Till those days I come to hate this verve,
I just stop and think up to the tip of my nerve.
Then I realize that this life isn’t a curse…
After all, all these lights are with the never ending verse of my life.
This made me who I am,
The man who writes before you,
Who stood and withstand the bumps and burses of time.

I am an unbreakable wall..
An unmovable pillar unlike before
With all these stars that gives me there guiding light.
I come to withstand and win all my fights.

What is this light? You might ask..
What is This undying light that I preach ?
Look around you..
What do you see?
Friends and family..
They are the things that you heed.

They are like the light behind moon
That makes us so bright beautiful and unblue..

Without them where would we be?

But the greatest light, amongst all of those that
Shines in our life,
Is the one who creates this amazing light.
The one who created you and I…

First... an Introduction.

First... an Introduction.

Well what can i say i am a 16 year old fourth year student from the Philippines. I am a very tall guy for my age and i cant say that I am a good looking man just judge me when you see me. hahahah! but there is one description of myself that all of my friends can agree with. i am a very friendly person. I agree to that because I really have numerous number of friends and best friends.

just a trivia did you that my name, Darwin, means “dear friend” in Latin? I guess its just appropriate for me.

I am the type of guy that is not use to being quiet all thou I am a shy person when I am with someone who i just knew but eventually my shyness will wear off with in a few minutes and then my attitude of being a jolly person comes out. i guess that is one positive trait in me that all my friends like. the negative thing is that according to my close friends I am sometimes rigid to myself but I dont get why they say those things because in my opinion I just speak of the truth.

as for my school life i am doing alright I try to pass my subjects but not expect more than it. i think :p that I am active in school in curricular activities , clubs and organization right now as an incoming collage student the pressure is all in and I must get used to this stuff. hahaha, another trait that i have is being a timid serious person but its only when i am doing an important thing or when i am trying to solve something. I have a very loud and deep voice that is why some people think that I am angry when i start to speak when reciting in class but that is just the nature of my voice as you may call it, but I have a good control over my voice when I am taking to a smaller number of people. as for my temper I am a very patient person it will take awhile to intimidate me or get me that mad all thou I easily get teased when i am not in the mood. but when i do get that mad i am like a machine gone wild. i dont trust many people about personal things in my life especially about my past. that is one thing that i never shared to anyone in my present school. but i can be trusted that i can assure you! i like to know thing about many secrets of many people well i guess that is something i cannot be proud of hahahahah.

I only have one great weakness that can easily drive me in frenzy when anyone hurts or insults that weakness. I guess you can say my weakness is rather a “someone” and not “something”. If there is something wrong with me it may automatically involve that person.

I dont know if this is worth mentioning but as of today I am still a single person and happy with it. My friends always tease me about it stating that I am too much putting devotion into my schoolwork and not to myself. and they may be right. well you’ll never know, I always believe that everything happens for the right reason and for the right time.

My favorite subject is Math my weakest subject is English ( that is why have and will have many grammatical error in my posts.

This is my first time to do an online blogging. Usually I use my blog site for my written novels that is still in chapter 2 for 2 years now hehe.. with that i guess you can tell that i am a bit lazy person that loves to write stuff.

over all i am just an average guy just judge me or ask me any questions if you would like to know more about me.

I am… Just a teen..

Wow… what a month.. I have been super duper busy lately with sorts of stuff. Sometimes I even ask myself what did I do to get this much work! haha. But with all honesty I never really like having this much responsibility because I know I cant meet everyone expectation frankly it worries me and at my current status I think no one is pleased with my performance.

I am much more worried about my friend Croe. She yet again she is sick and I said “yet again” because she is a sickness prone girl. right from the start of December she was absent for 3 days due to 40 degree C fever. I was worried about her those time because she txted me saying that she might have bronchitis or dengue which made me even more worried… Ok what I am about to say is extremely confidential that no one knows and I judt about to say it here, I figure that they wont be able to read this because no one knows what my tumbler account is (i intentionally made sure of it).. anyway I am suppose to be courting this girl named Alexa and because her her my and my best friends are kindi set apart even by a little bit. So when I heard the news that Croe was really sick it made me think.. and eventually concluded and resulted to ending my courting days with alexa.. Why you may ask? because from the start croe mean more to me than anything in this world, that is a fact.

you would understand once you knew croe’s medical history that she is really fragile. I once promised her and myself that i would protect her be there for her and take care of her. and I cant do that if ever I would have a girl friend. My Gf might either make me stay away from her or make her stay away from me. and I am not taking any chances. Sorry for whoever it may be but she is more important to me, croe is my number 1 priority. So even if I really like alexa I let her go. because as a saying goes “you can never serve two master at one time” and apparently no matter who it is when I am forced to chose between that someone and her I will always pick her.

Don’t get me wrong. we are just friends, best friends and our school nurse said we have a platonic relationship meaning a relationship that is just limited to being best friends. or so that is what I want to believe.

anyway t make long story short I stopped courting Alexa because of the said reason. anywa speaking of Croe I just bought some of her Xmas gifts and its not cheap and not just one. I really hope she likes it.

anyway we went to Malacanang last tuesday, december 8, we attended the TOYM awarding ceremony. I was able to see many politician and a few celebs here are some photo

the president was really a little girl haha. I guess its no secret that I hate her but hey I respect her position just not her.

This past week Me and the wire staff are fixing our school paper and its really stressful. It would really be a miracle to finish it by the end of the week.

I am just a teen. that title for this blog seem inappropriate so far but the reason why I entitled it that because I am just a teen not an adult nor a kid I just want to enjoy my Highschool life and within this past few months I haven’t been doing that because of my tight scedule but yesterday that is what I just did.

me and my friend Abby went to divisoria 8am :) the ride going there was really tiring because we had to commute. I really wish I knew how to drive so that I will b able to go to places I want without stress. anyway it ws the first time ever that I went there with the accompany of just my friend.

just a brief history. Abby is the girl whom I am always with when it comes to my adventures to different places. this is our second time in manila together. the frist one was when I picked her up from UST then we went to Moa. It was the very first time I was able to go to manila alone and with a friend. ahaha.. to make it short Abby and me are adventure budies and one day is not enought if you ask me to tell you about our previous stories.

anyway we went to divisoria to buy gifts there were tons and i mean TONS of people there squishing one another but frankly we survived. after that at about 2 pm we went to MOA ( our second time there and my third time ever) just to eat at pizza hut and to buy some present. I bought Croe my 2 special gift to complete the 12 gifts im planning to give her. But I was really bothered that i wasnt able to buy the one thing I must gave her.. anyway the week is not yet o ver there is still hope. :))

anyway this was also the first time I was able to eat at pizza hut with a friend it kinda seemed like a date because of the setting and stuff it was really formal but we just made a joke about it :)) anyway I spent a great deal of money for that lunch haha. better not mention how much.

right after we ate we walked from Mall of Asia to The world trade center. and that is not a short walk. imagine walking A few kilometers and you would have an Idea how far we walked. It was tiring but fun because abby and I kept ourselves entertain by making jokes and somewhats :)) abby even made me believed that she was seeing a person on a post which I cant see it was weird, I actually thought I she was seeing a ghost haha. it turns out It was just a joke.

After less than an hour of walking we finally got to the World trade center which is much better than divisoria because it was air-conditioned plus we were able to see once celebrity that was selling stuff.

after a long day we able to ride a cab home then I just stayed a while at Abby’s place because her folks were not around yet . then barbs came to her place and we just chatted. I got home at around 9 something pm that means i was with abby for about 14 hours. haha. talk about a day of adventure this day would really make it on my top 3.

top 10 f 20-09

I was not able to blog for the past 5 days due to laziness, and for some other reason haha :) anyway just like in my christmas blog its only a few hours before the year end and yet again my brother is cooking that mean I will be gaining more pounds before the year ends :)

This year was truly the most stressful year I ever had, not to mention the roller coaster ride it made me go trough. Well I just started bloging like a month ago that is why I will now be making my own top 10 list of my 2009 just like David Letterman. Hey, I am fan of late night shows I watch him, Leno (my favorite) and Connan (my least favorite) I watch these show because of the humor and not because of the celebrities that they have, Personally I only like a very few people in the hollywood industry.

TOP 10 movies that amazed me:
10.) New Moon
-Bella and his vampire and werewolve friends are on the last spot because of one thins ” i simply dont like book transformed into movies, because they sometime lose the essence and the main impact that the book has brought”

9.) Harry potter 6; Half blood Prince
-This movie is better than New moon that is for sure but it is still a novel turned into a movie.

8.) Saw IV
-not many people might agree with me but this is one of the better mind games movie that I have watch in 2009 the way the story falls into pieces with the previous sequels and hang a truly intriguing twist in the ending certainly amused me and for that it garnered the top 8 spot.

7.) Night At The Museum 2
- This is my favorite chilrens movie that I have watch because of its Humor and it served its purpose being a a film that brings fantasy to reality.

6.) The Hangover
-This movie is really a shoe in to be on the top 8 because this is one of my comedy movies and this is very memorable because I watch this during my birthday party with my friends :) the only reason why it is at number 6 is because I liked the films on the top 5 by just an inch of hair

5.) The ugly truth
-This is really the first time I liked a movie like this, ahahah :) I usually find this types of movie too chezzy for me to watch nevertheless The plot and comedy of this film truly made me laugh my ass out while I was watching this film. :)

4.) Paranormal Activity.
- at first I found this film boring but as the minutes past by I got hyped and I was actually a bit frightened about the mid till the end part of the film. I really made me think that this is a true story which after a month I was informed that this was all just scripted and the two people are apparently still alive and those are not thier real names the directort just based this film for the Blaire witch project which was one classic horror film.

3.) Transformers 2: revenge of the fallen
-This is truly one of the most graphically best films that I have watch this year and the reason why this is my top 3 is this
Extreme special effects + Fantastic storyline but > acting = A Great but not the “greatest” film
I really loved this film and the acting of Shaila Buff was epic but this just came to places short to become the top film and you will see why.

2.)Taken
- This is the best action film that I have watch i recent memory! I dare to say that because this film was the first action film that literally put me on the edge of my seat. Liam Neeson was just perfect to his role and the plot of this film was outstanding! 10/10 in my rating but the best movie of 2009 in my opinion scored a 10.1/10

1.) AVATAR
- I was really not expecting to be my favorite film of 2009 because usually I dont like this type of film and when i just heard this from imdb.com it intrigued me. but when I watch the film it certainly prove me wrong because there is absolutely in my opinion nothing to hate about this film. The director of titanic lived up to the expectation of having impact films. The special effects were AMAZING it will make you think that those things are not made by a computer. The environment of the movie was just amazing and it gives us a lesson of how taking care of mother eath can benefit us in the future.:)

Since it took me awhile to create that top top10 I will just make the other top 10 on my next blog.

My Christmast Eve... Yeah!!

My Christmast Eve... Yeah!!

I am writing this blog with approximately 1 hour away from Christmas which makes this Christmas eve. Currently the are all preparing the food for our noche buena :) my brothers the cook tonight and you can always expect the food will be 100% delicious when he is cooking :)

Last Friday was our Christmas party and though I was very energetic that day and hang out with my friends I was actually bumb about that day. I gave Croe the presents and she reacted with a simple thank you, she still have not receive 3 of my gifts. She gave me a white rubber shoes costing her about 1,250 pesos, I know the price because the tag was not fully removed and you will still be able to identify the price. I really liked it, it was the first rubber shoes that was given to me as a gift for Christmas. :) I really hope that she have a very merry Christmas. I just delivered some gifts of her relatives earlier and I really had a fun time there, I was with Abby, I ask her to come because I can’t come there unless I was accompanied by a girl. Her house is a no boys visitor zone I guess :)) Her aunt Liz was really friendly and she really entertained us during our visit to Croe’s place

Abby gave me a perfume for Christmas which has a price tag that she also forgot to removed. :)) it was worth 175 pesos and it was from Watsons. I also liked that very much. The perfume that I often use also came from her. She also gave me a perfume for my birthday :)

This year’s Christmas might be my least favorite. I don’t know why but I don’t feel like its christmas i guess its just natural bacause I am growing up and I am not the kid of yesterday that waits until very first second of christmas with anxiety and excitement.

Is it true? that as you grow older Christmas gets less exciting as the age goes by?

I am not sure but maybe the reason why i feel this way is because of everything that I have been trough this past days. I don’t want to go into detail because its christmas season and its not the right time for me to be writing dramatic stuff :))

I wonder.. If I gather up all of my quote and poem composition that I have posted on facebook, twitter and from many other places, how many pages do you think will be filled?

Merry Christmas my Best Friend

This is a poem that I made for my best friend Reena as one of my christmas gifts for her, I kow its not that good but I just want to share it anyway.

Once upon a Christmas night,
I gazed through the stars within my sight.
I closed my eyes then made a wish
And I whispered words like this.

I wished for a great friend
The one I never had,
Someone unique and can understand,
the real me hiding beneath a mask

Then you came, Removed my disguise
Something that no one has ever done,
But what surprised me the most,
Is after seeing my real face,
You stayed.

We laugh out loud
Even in the middle of the vast crowd
Not caring what they think

I remember those times
