Merry Christmas my Best Friend

This is a poem that I made for my best friend Reena as one of my christmas gifts for her, I kow its not that good but I just want to share it anyway.

Once upon a Christmas night,
I gazed through the stars within my sight.
I closed my eyes then made a wish
And I whispered words like this.

I wished for a great friend
The one I never had,
Someone unique and can understand,
the real me hiding beneath a mask

Then you came, Removed my disguise
Something that no one has ever done,
But what surprised me the most,
Is after seeing my real face,
You stayed.

We laugh out loud
Even in the middle of the vast crowd
Not caring what they think
Not caring what they say

I remember those times
When we enjoy each trip
Escaping your home,
And just have fun in our outing.

To make this long story short,
I will forever be thankful for our amity
You are my greatest friend
My best comrade,
The little sister I never had.

I say sorry for my mistakes,
For not being much of a great friend
Or for sometimes getting into your nerve cells

I say thank you for everything,
For every moment laughs and tears
You have shared,
And for the never ending friendship
We both promised.

It was then I realized,
My Christmas wish had been concede,
And I am truly honored for this reality

I give you this many gifts
Wanting just one thing in return,
For you to smile, be happy this Christmas time

This is the only way I know
I can make you smile,
By trying to give you the things you like

I promise you one simple thing,
By no means will I leave,
Forever I will be here.

I’ll do my best to guard you from harm
And to always be here if you need to shout,
When you’re mad
When you’re sad,
Or when you just need someone to chat
I will always have time,
Never will I be too busy for you,
This is what I promise you

I hope you like these little gifts,
I apologize for this lame poetry,
Its not that good I know that true,
I only had 3 hours to do this too.

I hope that my new Christmas wish may be grant
For you to be happy at all times,
For you to get rid of all those sickness seeds
For you to find the MJ of your life

And of course for our friendship to never ever die.

“our friendship will live forever even surpassing death”
